For SV+ Urbano, we developed a comprehensive identity and communication project, starting with the creation of the isologotype and the brand’s visual system, and extending to its application in key pieces such as the institutional brochure and the website. The project sought to convey the values of innovation, sustainability, elegance, and professionalism that define SV+, building a contemporary and premium identity. Each piece was designed to reinforce the concept of “adding innovation, building the future,” supporting the brand’s positioning in urban real estate development.
